I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your help in staging our home. As you know, we had the wind knocked out of our sails when as soon as we listed our home for sale, 2 of the very same model were listed! On the same side of the street even. And both had undercut our price enough to make us worry a bit. You were very encouraging and gave us just the right information to keep it simple and get ready to show off our home. Well, much to our pleasure, our home sold in 12 days and we got the highest price on the street!
